IROC Technologies is a French SME established in 2000 as a spin-off of the TIMA/INPG research laboratory. The company is headquartered in Grenoble and has a wholly-owned subsidiary (IROC Technologies Corporation) incorporated in Delaware in 2001.
IROC has an experienced team of 15 people (85% Engineering with Advanced Degrees) and provides solutions and services for analyzing and improving the overall reliability of devices. The company works on topics addressing Functional Reliability, Aging, Process Variability, Low Power/Near-Threshold Computing, High Performance Computing and has a strong historical experience on Single Event Effects

IROC is one of the few trusted TSMC EDA Alliance partners, a member of Mentor Graphics Vanguard Program, a member of the ISO 26262 and JEDEC JESD89* standard development teams and provides reliability (Soft Error Rate) solutions for the customers of major foundries, including TSMC, UMC, GlobalFoundries, STMicroelectronics and SMIC.
